Installation and structural principle of one-way needle roller bearings
To define whether a bearing is a needle bearing, we can observe whether there is a cylindrical roller inside. If the needle roller bearing is the signature roller, it is called a needle roller bearing. Because the roller is long and thin relative to the diameter of the needle bearing, this special roller is called the needle roller in the line, and it is also included in the scope of the needle roller. Physical common sense tells us that objects with a small cross-section generally have a very limited load. However, the cross-section of such a needle bearing is very small, but its ability to load is still outstanding. Therefore, such non-standard bearings are often used in many places where space is relatively narrow or limited.
If the needle roller bearing is free to run in one direction and locked in the other direction, then we call it a one-way needle bearing, which is a special bearing different from the non-standard bearing. The application of mechanical equipment is very extensive. Its classification can be delineated according to the metric coefficient of the latter, and the classification of each coefficient has many different types of needle bearings.
One-way needle bearing installation skills
If the unidirectional bearing contains foreign matter such as burrs, iron filings, dust, etc., it is necessary to ensure the appearance of the device and the installation environment are clean. It can cause noise and vibration when the bearing is running, and even damage the raceway and rolling elements.
